Returns and Refunds

We take great care to ensure that your order arrives safe and sound and in good condition. We take photographs/video of every order’s content and condition and any faults and mistakes are usually corrected at this stage. If the received order is incorrect and/or damaged or you would like to return your order contact us at nika.weres@gmail.com with 14 days from the delivery date. Please include your name, order number and any relevant pictures.

Please DO NOT send anything back without contacting us first. If you do send something back without our authorization you will not be refunded for postage costs.

  1. You are responsible for providing us with a correct and factual delivery address during the checkout process. We are not responsible for any loss occurring as a result of us receiving the wrong delivery address and you won't be refunded. 
    If you gave us an outdated delivery address please contact us as we might still be able to change it if your order is still being processed.
  2. Please make sure that someone is available at the address to receive your order. If you use redirected delivery, leave at the door/safe place/with neighbour option, you do so at your own risk and Nika Weres will not be responsible for any damage or theft that might occur as a result.
  3. If your order comes back to us as uncollected, we will ask for full postal price to send it to you  again. If you wish to cancel your order at this stage or fail to contact us within 7 days, you will receive a refund with original delivery and 10% handling charge deducted from your total.
  4. For INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING any returns have to be clearly marked as RETURN for customs purposes. In case Nika Weres will have to pay customs to receive returned items, it will not be collected and refunds won't be processed.
  5. Any refunds will be paid to the original payment method.
